Just finished doing 2 sets this evening! My sister has to take pictures of the other set I did because she had to leave before I could snap some photos! But my other sister could stay to take pictures! Both sets turned out beautifully but this post will mostly be the orange set I did. Such a wonderful fall color! Very simple yet striking!

New Gel Set
I finally decided not to be lazy and do a set on myself. My nails got so short because I kept breaking them due to various things (mostly ripping out base boards from our flood...). The gel polish -did- leave my nails very healthy so I commend it for that. It also stayed on for just shy of 2 weeks without chipping! So if you're not ready to commit to gel nails, try a gel polish first!
My new set consisted of a light purple and translucent sparkly blue! I criss-crossed them and I think it looks fantastic! Take a look!

The "bubbles" are actually sparkles. For some reason, the flash did not go off properly in this picture! |
Best smelling hand sanitizer ever! |

Gel Polish Manis and Regular Polish Pedis!
Just finished with two lovely clients! Did Gelac and Shellac for Manis (in Rock Royalty and Totally Teal) and regular polish Pedis in Zom-body to Love (glows in the dark), Black Shatter, Techno Teal, Serena Sparkle, and white Konad butterfly! They turned out wonderful! I really like the colours the ladies picked, they matched them ^_^.
We had a little hiccup with the Scratchers plate and Wear Anywear polish, so I will be taking those out of things I will use on clients! Again, very sorry :(

Haul and Pictures!
So, I went around a bit today to some regular suppliers and some new suppliers, and boy, was I surprised! ESP takes airmiles! So that is exciting, but their nail supply selection leaves much to be desired. Their prices seemed to be on par with CosmoProf.
I then headed to my usual supplier ABS only to be delighted and disappointed. They had glow in the dark nail polish (Zom-body to Love - OPI) but did not have any Gelac because they had a "sale" for buy one get one free". This was posted no where on their website nor on the deals and flyer that is e-mailed to me. So needless to say I was a bit miffed.
I journeyed a couple blocks up from ABS to find myself at Flex and I must say I was thrilled! They had a ton of stuff on their shelves, it wasn't barren like most other suppliers, and they were WAY (I mean WAY) cheaper than every where else! I couldn't believe I hadn't gone there sooner! So to my amazement they carried the Perfect Match sets by LeChat (the only place I have found in Edmonton that actually carries this brand. The only other Canadian supplier is listed in Ontario) and had a ton of Gelac! Both of which were about 5 to 6 dollars cheaper than other places!!! I snagged myself the LeChat in Sangria and the Gelac in Totally Teal. The owner was also very knowledgeable and greeted me and treated me like an old friend. Needless to say this will be my go to place from now on. On a side note, they only sell nail supplies which is awesome because I tend to get distracted by other things at the other stores (like hair stuff).
So here are some pictures of my haul and my nails in Sangria (soooooooo pretty)!
